New Incoming Students: You will receive your login information from the Office of Information Technology. In order to access the online housing questionnaire, you will need to have paid your $500.00 enrollment deposit that reserves your spot at HPU. The housing portal will open and be available starting in January 16, 2024. As soon as it goes live, you will receive communication from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions with instructions.
New Incoming Transfer Students: You will receive your login information from the Office of Information Technology. Returning Students: In Order to participate in the online room reservation process, you will need to have paid your $750.00 housing deposit by February 15, 2024. The Housing Deposit can be paid the following ways: Online, Office of Student Accounts, via phone or by mailing a check. Please continue to watch your High Point University e-mail account for further details regarding the housing sign up process.
New Incoming Graduate Students: You will need to ensure you've paid both your enrollment deposit and $750.00 Housing Deposit in order to access the online housing application. The Graduate Housing Application will open and be available starting at 9:00 AM on February 15th, 2024. To begin your application, log into the portal and navigate to the "Graduate Housing Application" tab along the top menu. We encourage all Graduate students to submit their application by April 1st. Any application received after April 1st, 2024 is subject to availability.
